Return & Refund Policy – Custom Pulled Wool Saddle Pads
Because each saddle pad is custom made to order, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pulled wool saddle pads. Each pad is individually crafted based on customer-selected specifications, including size, thickness, design, and materials, and cannot be resold or restocked.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once production has begun
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time of purchase, including:

Pad size

Thickness

Style or design selections
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Defects or Errors
If your saddle pad arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these rare cases, we will repair or replace the pad at our discretion.
Normal variations in wool texture, color, and appearance are not considered defects, as pulled wool products are handmade and naturally unique.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged during shipping, notify us within 10 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
