2. Custom Products & Final Sale

All pulled wool saddle pads sold through this website are custom made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including:

  • Size

  • Thickness

  • Design or style selections

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Product Variations

Pulled wool saddle pads are handmade products. Natural variations in:

  • Wool texture

  • Color

  • Density

  • Appearance

are normal and not considered defects. Each pad is unique.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for use by knowledgeable horse owners and riders. We are not responsible for:

  • Improper use

  • Incorrect saddle fit

  • Injury to horse or rider

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Rocking M Customs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
