Processing Time
All pulled wool saddle pads are custom made to order.

Production time is 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and material availability

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using USPS / UPS / FedEx within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacements or repairs will be handled at our discretion.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping costs required to reship an order
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation but cannot guarantee replacement.
